It is important to the workshop process that you are able to attend each session
of the workshop

Weekday workshops take place over three full days.
Workshop Locations:- Sydney community workshops are usually
held at Forest House Public School, Riley St (corner Collins St),
Surry Hills. It is located between Foveaux St and Devonshire St,
a short walk from Central station. Parking is available in the grounds.
Other venues may be used on occasions.
Workshops may be held at other locations when there is sufficient local
interest, available facilitators, a suitable venue and sufficient confirmed
participants. In the past, workshops have been held at other NSW locations
such as the Blue Mountains, Western Sydney and the South Coast
Workshop
Fees:- AVP community workshops are run by volunteer facilitators and
support people. AVP is a non-profit organisation and facilitators are
not paid. The surplus income from community workshops funds the running
of AVP(NSW)’s prison workshops, at no expense to inmates, and AVP(NSW)'s
facilitator training program. AVP(NSW) has tax deductible charity status.
Any donations or other contributions in kind are greatly appreciated.

The fees for an AVP (Sydney) community workshop are:-
- $160 for high income
and professional development participants
- $
90 for middle income participants, and
- $
40 for low income and unwaged participants

Applications are processed on a first come first served basis

A Tax Invoice can be provided on request. The ABN of AVP(NSW) is 46 467 369 114.
Terms and Conditions:-
- Dates may be
changed and additional workshops scheduled in response to the demand
for workshop places
- Participant
numbers are limited to between 10 and 16 for the Basic and Advanced
Workshops

AVP groups reserve the right to defer or cancel a workshop if there
are insufficient confirmed registrations

It is important for the workshop group process that participants

attend each session of the workshop

arrive punctually for the start of each session.
